Sridhar T Pai is founder and CEO of Tonse Telecom. Sridhar has spent over 16 years in the global telecom industry. Prior to that Sridhar was head of VoIP business at Network Solutions. He also was part of the original team that incubated the softswitch product at Xybridge Technologies Inc (later acquired by Zhone Technologies). Sridhar started his career with Motorola ISG group (Singapore and India). His functional expertise has been technology research, product marketing and marketing communications for the telecom industry.

He worked in Telecom Industry for 25 years in Installation, Maintenance and Marketing of Telecom Services.Commissioned the first international high speed Data link, installed packet switches in eight states in India. He planned and implemented the internet services of BSNL.At present he is planning 2G,3G plans, products and services in BSNL Karnataka.

She heads the Market Analyses Group in Huawei Technologies. Formerly she was the founder and CTO of Aujas Networks a security startup which dealt with Telecom security among other things. She has worked with Lucent's wireless networks group where she managed various teams of system engineering and development.She also worked with IDG ventures as an Entrepreneur in Residence where she studied Telecom market in India.

Nishi brings 16 years of wireless and telecommunication systems experience from Fortune 500 as well as startups. He has devoted most of his career to mobile wireless (TDMA, CDMA, GSM, GPRS, 3G, IMS) and IP networking. He has recently worked with startups focusing in Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) that make voice and data services available across macro (3G) and alternative networks (Wi-Fi, WiMAX, Femto etc.) seamlessly and securely. Nishi has demonstrated competence in architectures, system design and product strategy for a variety of communication networks including data and voice. He has also lead life cycle product development of several telecom and networking systems from concept to commercial operation. Nishi holds a Master of Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park and Bachelor's from BIT. He is VP Technology,Stoke.
