What kind of apps are allowed in AppJam?
An App is software written for any mobile devices such as the Smartphone, PDAs, Handhelds, Mobile Internet Device & Netbooks. Apps accepted in AppJam could written for the following development environments Android, Blackberry, BREW, iPhone, Java ME, Lazarus, Macromedia Flashlite, Meego, Moblin, Maemo, Microbrowser based( XHTML, WML, WAP 1.0/2.0 ), Palm, Symbian, Windows Mobile.

Developers who are working either as freelancer or working in other companies. Business development, Marketing and product manager folks.

Spot registrations would be open if all seats are not filled, however there are high chances it will get sold out online itself. Suggest you to make your registration on the site to reserve your seat.
When can I register?

How much does the conference cost?
It costs is INR 200/- for participant. However there is no registration fee for registring an app.

The entry for one person is free.
What if I register and then I can't come? Can I get a refund?
We are afraid that we cannot process any refund.
Are there any awards?
Yes, there are awards for mobile applications. There are audience award and JURY awards.
Are there any categories?
Yes, there are categories. Business Applications, General Applications, Social Applications and Innovative Applications.
How many people can give demo?
Only one person is allowed to present. By virtue of registering the application, you will get a free entry to the event.
What do I bring, what should I wear?
It is a un+conference so feel free to wear what you are comfortable :) and bring any gear that you think will be useful in the conference
Can I register for the conference by telephone?
:( Only online registration is supported. M-commerce is not enabled yet
How do I receive confirmation of booking ?
An email will be sent to you at the email address provided by during registration process.
